Last summer my wife and I decided it was time to get rid of our old white Formica cabinets and upgrade our kitchen.  Prices for cabinets here in California are outrageous, especially after talking to some friends who had spent nearly 100,000 on custom cabinets that covered about half the area we needed.  My wife really wanted the increased quality of custom work. Being from Minot originally, she suggested Creative Cabinetry.

Not being a carpenter myself I was nervous about having the cabinets built by someone who had never seen the kitchen.  Clayton allayed my fears, however, and patiently worked with me to make sure I was measuring everything correctly.  Next it was a leap of faith that it would fit!

We had the cabinets shipped out by an online company that locates half full trucks on their way across the country, and even with this added expense we were still amazingly under the cost of what we had been quoted by local cabinet makers.

When they arrived we couldn’t believe the quality of the wood, workmanship, and hardware.  The fit was perfect and the installation was done in about a week.

A year later we still marvel at the beauty of our new cabinets and their resistance to wear and tear.  Looking at them now we realize they could have been installed yesterday.
